Amanda Lucas is a mother, wife, entrepreneur, women’s and family integrative health consultant, and lifetime wellness enthusiast. Native to the United States and raised in Columbia, Missouri, she has a lifetime of learning the science of holistic health, coupled with various certifications and degrees in alternative medicine and physical therapy, including HLC, AAS, CNC, and B.S. Alt. Medicine, and Master in Social Work.
Amanda is a professional, experienced, and dynamic holistic health and wellness expert with a rich physical therapy, social work services, and lifestyle coaching background. Amanda places a particular emphasis on client advocacy. She is pursuing clinical licensure to become a clinical therapist with a concentration in Health, Equity, and Wellness.
She knows most people have the knowledge, intelligence, and convenience to pursue a healthy lifestyle, but she questions why we are so physically sick and emotionally unhappy and why it is so expensive. Amanda respects all her relationships to the core and makes it her priority to provide unwavering support to answer people's questions because, in reality, there is no “one” answer to better health.
