I personally have learned, am still learning, and will strive to continue to grow in the area of living and appreciating stress. Stress seems to be non-formulated, individual, circumstantial, and part of human evolvement.

The most important concept and truth within myself in regards to stress is that I can choose to MANAGE it. I can be grateful to feel, and be mindful of my thoughts to control my patterns. Be flexible when life circumstances give me the ability to grow to a deeper healthier freedom. The freedom doesn’t have to be in Bali Island (sure would be awesome to experience) but it can be anywhere.

Awareness. Feeling your body react. Managing it.

Folks, we can’t avoid stress. In this ever changing electronic, fast paced world, it will continue to grow faster, quicker, and transform. I challenge you to manage and be flexible. Stop giving excuses to where you are, what has happened to you, blaming your stress and life on someone or something.

I believe in our human race, now believe in yourself.
