Ingredients
- 1 lb of grass fed beef
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp sage
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Pepper freshly ground to taste
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and form into approximately 3″ patties
- Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes
Notes
For Italian Sausage add the following to the above ingredients
1 Tbsp Italian spices
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
