• 1 large cucumber, peeled
  • 3 ribs celery
  • ½ cup parsley leaves loosely packed
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled


  1. Feed the cucumber, celery, parsley, and ginger into a juicer; end with the carrots to help push all ingredients through.
  2. Stir and serve immediately.


For a variation substitute half of a beet for the carrots or mix it up and put both in there!
