Below are two delicious smoothie recipes prepared by Nourish Cafe & Market that can help you incorporate more greens into your diet.


Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk (less for thicker smoothie)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Superfood extras: maca, collagen, chia seeds

Classic Green Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or pineapple)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk


  1. Blend in a high powered blender (ie Vitamix) for 30-45 seconds​​
